Pop of Color Art Studio policies

At Pop of Color, we’re all about making creativity fun, stress-free, and welcoming for everyone. To keep the experience smooth and enjoyable, here are a few simple policies:

• Registration & Payment
  Workshops, classes, and kits must be reserved in advance. Space is limited, and payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling
  We understand life happens! If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full credit toward another class or kit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Age Guidelines
  Some classes and kits are designed specifically for kids, others for adults—please check the event description to be sure you’re registering for the right fit.
• Studio Etiquette
  We keep the studio positive and respectful. Please arrive on time, follow staff guidance, and be mindful of shared supplies and space.
• Finished Projects
  Depending on the medium (resin, paint, etc.), some projects may need drying/finishing time. We’ll let you know if items need to be picked up later.

Our goal is always to keep things creative, colorful, and fun while ensuring fairness for all participants. Thank you for helping us maintain a studio space that inspires everyone!

Shipping Policy - All shippable retail orders are processed within 3-5 business days.  Orders are shipped on business days  (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.  Please check your junk folder if the email notification is not in your inbox.If you suspect your package has been lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address, please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.   

Electronic Delivery - Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.

 We want you to love everything you create and take home from Pop of Color Art Studio! Because our offerings are unique, different items have different return policies:

• Kits & Retail Merchandise
  Unopened and unused kits or retail items may be returned within 14 days for store credit or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Opened or used kits are final sale.
• Original Artwork
  All original art pieces are final sale. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, and purchases cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Classes & Workshops
  Class and workshop fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, we’re happy to offer a credit toward a future class if notified at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items
  If your kit or merchandise arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can make it right with a replacement or credit.

Pop of Color Art Studio kits and workshops are designed to inspire creativity in a safe and fun way. Please note:

• Supervision: Children should always be supervised by an adult when using kits, tools, or materials.
• Choking Hazard: Some kits may contain small parts not suitable for children under 3 years old.
• Allergies & Sensitivities: Materials may include items such as paint, glue, or resin. Please review all contents before use. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.
• Protective Use: Some materials may stain clothing, surfaces, or skin. We recommend covering your workspace and using protective gear when appropriate.
• Workshops: By participating in studio activities, you acknowledge that Pop of Color Art Studio is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of materials or tools.
